Privacy Policy

Ping Paisa is operated by Anadre Technologies Private Limited, a company being incorporated in Haryana, India(“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we refuse to do with it.

From members: your phone number, the messages you send our business number, and a record of your payments and membership status. That is the whole list. We do not ask for your name, email address, date of birth, location, or contacts, and we do not collect them from your device.

From creators: your phone number, your display name, your offers and prices, and the settlement details required to pay you.

Your number is your identity here — there is no account and no password — so we treat it the way a password should be treated. It is encrypted at rest. Lookups run against a separate keyed index that permits equality matching and nothing else, so the database cannot be browsed for numbers.

A phone number is never placed in a web address, a query string, a log line, or an analytics event. This is a rule in our codebase, not an aspiration.

Payments are collected and settled by payment aggregators authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials. We receive a payment reference and an amount, and that is what our records contain.

Your payment aggregator, in order to take payment. Your creator, who is shown that you are a paying member of their group — they see the membership, not your data. WhatsApp, because that is where the conversation happens. Nobody else. We do not sell data, and we do not run advertising.

Membership and payment records are kept while your membership is active and afterwards for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires. Message logs are kept only as long as they are operationally useful and are deleted on a rolling schedule.

Send STOP to our business number to cancel a membership and end recurring payments. Send HELP to reach a person.

To request a copy of your data or its deletion, message us from the number the data belongs to — an inbound message from that number is how we verify it is yours. We will never ask you for a code, a password, or an OTP, and we will never send you one. Anyone who does is not us.
